Machine Learning Engineer

Our content is Jedha’s backbone. We believe that building the greatest content is one of the founding pillars of a great school.

As our training content grows in size, we are looking for someone passionate about Education and AI, who can share their vision, implement it in our trainings as well as implement AI solutions in our Learning Management System.

Your role will be a mix of three pillars:

• Content Creation - Build awesome training content for our students and potentially teach it

• AI Solutions - Integrate AI in our LMS (Julie)

• Management - Manage a team of content creators

Missions

Content Creation - 65%

• Build, structure and manage an efficient team to keep delivering awesome training content.

• Write and design engaging technical content that simplifies complex concepts for various audiences, especially in cyber-security

• Audit current content and improve it

• Manage content backlog and prioritize updates

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in various technical fields

AI for Education - 25%

• Train & ship AI models (including LLMs) in our learning platform

• Build data pipeline to train and fine-tune machine learning models

• Analyze student feedback and take action based on it

Management - 10%

• Manage content development projects

• Oversee and manage content budget

• Organize and participate in our board of content experts

• Manage technical experts (Internal or Freelance)
