Zama is looking for Operations Admin and Office Manager. Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will:
- General Office Upkeep: Assist with the maintenance and operation of the physical office.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the main person for office issues and wellbeing initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of office equipment and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Facilities Maintenance: Assist with the procurement, routine maintenance, and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
- Records Management: Maintain both paper and online records, ensuring proper procedures for their retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal.
- Online Systems Administration: Provide support for the administration of online systems related to finance, HR, and marketing.
- General EA/PA Tasks: Offer daily support to the COO.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising staff celebrations, team days, events, and social activities.
- Finance and Reporting Assistance: Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks and reporting; handle travel and accommodation bookings.
- HR Support: Manage the flow of incoming candidate applications and perform other HR-related duties as requested.
- Employee Onboarding: Assist new employees with their orientation and integration into the company.
