Back Office Manager ( 4 people in Shanghai / 5 other SEA assistants ( dot line))
- Follow Sales assistant trainings
- Provide Sales assistant update or release on SAP or other subjects (including Malaysia, Japan, Korea..)
- Set-up CS back-up system, provide back-up as needed for staff
- Ensure the customers claims are reported in coordination with Supply Chain
- Organize yearly customer satisfaction survey, analyse and drive for improvement
- Propose any idea to improve the daily operations
Sales Support-Key customer
- Customer related sales support & services and follow up
- Customer Service rendered for distributors / customers within the defined sales territory.
Sales & Supply Administration
- Order placement
- Demand forecasts (SAP – Picaso)
- Reporting preparation
- Customer Credit lines and payment management
- Back up for absent colleagues
- Shipment follow up & shipping documentations coordination.
- Quality complaints follow up.
Reporting Support
- Participate in ensuring smooth flow of market information from the market and sales teams towards the BU
- Participate in reporting.
